This is an 8-week session of classes to based on the acclaimed Stress Reduction Program founded in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. For more information, please review. Research confirms the effectiveness of MBSR to treat a wide variety of concerns.
Please note, this is an intensive commitment, with 45 minutes of daily mindfulness practice required in addition to weekly attendance at the course.
Cost: The course fee is $350. There will be a $50 non-refundable deposit required (this $50 goes towards the full payment of $350), and payment plans may be available.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available for Flint residents and educators from our 20 partner schools in need through the Crim Fitness Foundation. Please inquire about scholarships upon registration.
